This site is for free education and a course waitlist. Any engagement with Our Landmen LLC is governed only by a signed written agreement, which overrides anything on this site.
1. Accepting these terms
By browsing landman.training (the "Site") or sending information through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, stop using the Site.
2. Education, not advice
The lessons, the practice exam and everything else on the Site are general information. They are not legal, accounting, tax or title advice, and they are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
- No attorney-client relationship and no contract. Sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship or a binding contract.
- Practice exam. Scores are for your own study. They are not a credential or a measure of professional competence, and they aren't sent to anyone.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Run automated scrapers, crawlers, harvest scripts or other tools to copy the lessons, questions or other content in bulk.
- Send fraudulent, deceptive or spam submissions.
- Probe, breach or try to get around the security, rate limits or servers behind the Site.
- Impersonate any person, business or licensed professional.
4. Intellectual property
The text, lessons, exam questions, drawings, software, marks and layouts on the Site belong to Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC and its affiliates, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages that result from your use of, or reliance on, anything on the Site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
